Everything was terrible.

My husband and I had the worst experience with Lazy Days. We bought our 5th wheel over a month ago. When we originally bought it, we scheduled for it to be delivered. They messed up out delivery date twice. After that we said we would just pick it up, scheduled an appointment and everything. When we came to pick it up, they couldn’t find it and told us that they couldn’t locate it in their lot. I tried calling them almost every day to see if they had found it. Every time I called, I would get sent to another persons voicemail, and would NEVER get a call back. The second time we tried to pick it up, they couldn’t get it loaded onto our hitch. They offered to set up another appointment to lower the hitch, but when we showed up for our appointment, they had no idea of it. Still didn’t set the hitch to the right height, and charged us an arm and a leg, for something they didn’t do right. Can never get ahold of anyone. Never get a call back. Get treated rudely every time we are in there. And gave us the wrong keys.
