Mobile order for a closed store

I was able to place a mobile order at my store and it said my order will be ready in 12 minutes. When I got to the store it was closed but they did charge my account. I called customer service but they were horrible. How can I get my money back. User's recommendation: Do not place any mobile orders unless you know for a fact that the store is open. The posted hours are not accurate.
