Didn’t receive any invoice or track number

I ordered dresses July 19 2021. Didn't receive any confirmation number, no track number or invoice number. But I received that message: Congrats! You finished you order! Nothing else! Please send me a track number, invoice and a reception date. Thanks for the diligence you will give to my request.
