Need address for returns

Please send a return shipping label, they never sent a shipping label. They asked me to accept 40% off and keep the merchandise, and I said "no, I will not accept that, I have no use for the clothes and I want a full refund." They finally sent an address but I must pay for the return to China. User's recommendation: DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM, RETURNS ARE IMPOSSIBLE.
