I am a residential and PO Box customer in the 60620 zip code. The fees for the PO Box constantly increase while the service exponentially decrease. I must wait in line sometimes up to an hour for packages sent via my PO Box while priority mail often sit in the post office a week before I am able to retrieve my package. This is not only very poor service but also borders on financial fraud. User's recommendation: do not purchase a PO Box at the Auburn Park Post Office.
