It's funny how they claim no access to delivery location but we're able to deliver my other mail just fine. How is the postal service able to get away with lying like this? My packages are always late, I can't even request a hold at the post office online because of their garbage website. Customer service is just as pitiful and always give the same cut and paste response. The whole Covid-19 excuse is past old, no other carries have issues like this even when the pandemic was at its peak. USPS is garbage and needs to be shut down for good.
