How come my order says shipped and it hasn’t moved from the distributor ?? Can you please contact me and explain and let me know when my purchases will arrive.

My order says its been shipped on the 24th of July but it hasnt left the distribution center. It hasnt moved in 5 days. I want to know when my purchases will arrive. I have reached out a million times and I have yet to receive any help at all. Being in the military is a good way to get your company closed down as I know thousands of people who will back me.
