I bought v bucks and didn’t get them i want my v bucks or my money back

I bought v bucks on fortnite and i did not get them it said something about not being able to verify my receipt? And i didn't get the chance to read the rest i clicked a on accident and what i was supposed to do went away now I'm 8$ broker with no v bucks to show for it
