Cant access email

I've been waiting to get my account fixed because I can't access a email that I don't remember and have and all they keep saying is check tour email check your email they wasn't willing to help I asked if u can do an identity check they didn't want to and all they keep saying is check the email check the email...so very disappointed in the customer service.
