Because I am not getting anything done through emails

My issue at this point is with upper management I have emailed them three times and they have not addressed any of my complaints at all and I asked for his managers name and he did not provide it for me. The first email he sent me told me that I got a sandwich for free which did not happen and when I told him in the next email that it did not happen he emailed me back and did not address anything that I said in the whole entire email User's recommendation: Subway does not care about their customers I have been trying to get through to somebody for 2 days.
