After a year of receiving 4-5 mail pieces from NewDay I called and in detail explained that if I could cash or $4000.00 and lower my payment (i have $50K in equity) we might do business. After 40 minutes on the phone answering repetitive questions they came back with an increase in my monthly payment o over $250. User's recommendation: SCAMMERS, stay away.
