2 days wait for my delivery when driver has not attempted to even deliver it!

This is the second day where my parcel has been left until the evening and It has not arrived! I have rearranged it twice now and they have not bothered to deliver it. I have stayed in for 2 days and I have still not received my parcel with absolutely no attempt to do my door bell or try to deliver it. I am extremely unhappy and would like my parcel ASAP
