Renter Beware!!

This company is completely not above board!.. They require you to pay a deposit when submitting your application for rental, not when your application is approved, these funds are sent to them via electronic transfer, which they are set up to receive but if you are not approved for their units they expect you to wait 2 weeks to have your funds returned to you VIA CHEQUE ..funny they don't say that up front.A User's recommendation: NO..ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!
