I Finally got through to Wizz Air

They do make it VERY VERY difficult to contact them people have mobiles nowadays and Premium rate do not work it's almost impossible. They do themselves no favours I went round the back door after spending a day on internet I should not have to do this. Automated telephone's from anyone is rubbish charging 1.50 a minute rubbish. I beat the system others can't, I was lucky 90% of companies are NOT USER FRIENDLY that is from an Area Manager in retail with 35 years experience. User's recommendation: Go on Internet ask who is Director is whats there email you will find them. BINGO they don't want hassle.
