Tech cancelled too many times

Giant boxes are in my kitchen for 3 weeks now. Cant be without a working washing machine. Tech is too unorganized and uncommunicative. Three last minute cancellations - after Confirmation texts? So its ok to cancel and leave the customer hanging? Bottom line: fix appliance in a reasonable time period. Make customer a priority. Warn them of packages arriving. Cmon. And then for Gods sake - confirm that parts are here before confirming your appt. This is insanely chaotic and disruptive. User's recommendation: Buyer beware.
