What happened is that I had outstanding payment after guests left my property. If payments goes over your platform, then you should take care of all payments. You are taking commission for bookings and you are also responsible that owner is paid. I found it very unprofessional that guest has to contact me, or I have to contact guest and ask for my money or chase payments.
