Awful Customer Service from Company and Agent. Only Sales department answers and they cannot help.

"Insurance By Castle" in Redwood City California, does not answer phones, respond e-mails or call back after leaving them messages. I have two policies that need updates before renewal. It is so frustrating that the Company does not offer a Customer Service to discuss an upgrade when agents go MIA. The owners phone is always busy. Safeco Company phone numbers always refers your phone calls to that agency. User's recommendation: Beware of that Agency.
