YELLOW?

I have been going to remark on this product for awhile. Today, I finally have the time. I want to know why Ore-dia ruined their product with yellow color? Dye? It isn't the same! Does not have a potato taste! Look fake! Bought them all the time, will not use anymore! I went back to making my own and their so much better! User's recommendation: Don't you wonder why their product is yellow?
