My father-in-law made out his taxes with the location in Union New Jersey. This happened on February 15. He still has not received his refund. We called corporate and the automated service said that he was owed the amount still and that we had to call this location. It shows that it was deposited in their account but, they still have not given my father-in-law his check. Every time we call they say its coming or another excuse of why the check was not sent out. Spoke with the gentleman again today and still he gives me the rigmarole that the check is coming and that we should call next week. User's recommendation: I would not use this service again. Terrible company.
