Was advertised one price then they charge me 2 times that amount. They messed me up so bad will have to get an amendment done next tax season. Still waiting on my refund from them over 2 month's now. Lady was rude and so was the manager at the main office when I went there to complain about the lady that did my taxes. User's recommendation: NEVER USE THEM, WHAT A RIP OFF AND THE LADY WHO DID MINE DIDN'T KNOW WHAT SHE WAS DOING.
