After an attempted eviction that was dismissed in the court of law; AH4R sent a final invoice that has fradulent charges; I moved out on Dec. 29th. They added utilities dating back from JULY - OCT. which had already been paid. I had absolutely NO LATE Utilities at anytime during the duration of my rental. The only utilities due / remaining would be for NOVEMBER &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; DECEMBER (WS City Water Bill). They added Attorney Fees to the final invoice which I am NOT liable due to the case being dimissed in my favor. I had an agreement with the Property Manager via EMAIL Correspondence in regards to the last month(s) rent and this is the reason for the dismissed eviction. I requested the invoice to reflect the November and December rent ($2050.00), November and December late fee ($102.50), and I requested the November and December Utility Bill (Water usage) from the City of Winston Salem in order to accurately reflect the correct billing for Nov. and Dec., I did not receive my $1388 deposit back and per the final invoice, there were NO DAMAGES or REPAIRS to the property, inside or out. After dismissal of the eviction and request to correct the invoice, no one at AH4R would return my calls or respond to any of the previous request via email to speak with the Regional Manager. The incorrect invoice was sent to collections reflecting approximately $674.31 in fraudulent billing. The property manager quit and no longer with the company. The regional manger quit and no longer with the company. I have been harrassed by Hunterwarfield Collection Agency and made several attempts to dispute the fraudulant charges in collection with each credit bureau. I am not going to attempt to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I would like to honestly state I never had an issue with repairs and the property was very well maintained. My issue only arised when I decided to NOT renew my lease and move out of the property. The integrity, respect, honest and moral character of the company was completely diminished to UNPROFESSIONAL and DISHONEST with little to no knowledge of thier on procedures. I wanted to give them NO stars, but I had no option to due so.
