Electric cooker (new) grill deflector plate guide pins missing

Amica cooker delivered and installed Sunday 30th May 2021.You must for safety reasons slide in a grill deflector plate whilst operating the grill.Cannot do this process because the guide pins have not been fitted.I trust you will correct this problem urgently.I paid for delivery and install,take old cooker away, and 5 year care and repair.AMICA electric cooker.MODEL AFC5100WH/2
