John Shipp 9 School Avenue Blackhall Hartlepool TS27 4ND Tel 01429 40**** Email efrules@***.co.uk Dear Sir/Madam I contacted customer services today as to what CRVPLAN number 912012**** is for as i went onto my banking account to check my Direct debits and found this CVRPLAN that i do not know anything about, its for £1.50 a month and the latest payment came out on 01/06/2021 and i do not know how long this has been happening or when this direct debit was set up or who by? The customer service guy checked the plan and said it was for a different name and address to all my other plans and gave me your email to see if you can delve deeper than he can to sort this out and give me a refund? i have not yet canceled the dd as you have just taken the £1.50 out and dont know if i have to leave it open if i get refunded i would like you let me know what this plan is for and how long i have been unknowingly paying the £1.50 a month for it and if you intend to refund me, and contact the people at the name and address its linked to. I would also like to know if i can cancel this DD without complicating any refunds as i would like to do this ASAP. Thanks Mr J P Shipp
