It was a complaint, not an issue that could be resolved. I needed a spare part for a Dell computer I bought from Currys. The store could not provide it but gave me the address of an online service, a division of Currys, that could. However this service did not have it either. User's recommendation: Generally find Currys/PC World very good, have no recommendation for future customers, only would recommend to Currys that it pays a lot more attention to its after sales service.
