Complaint Essential dishwasher and absolutely no customer sevice

I bought a CDWTT20 Dishwasher on the 26/09/2020, receipt number 362398, dd 26/9/2020, Branch 2285, Model CDWTT20 Product Code 286840 Essential. I was told by the instore person that all the machine would be able to be plumbed onto the kitchen tap which was a lie. Then we sorted out the plumbing and it was working however a fault came up in April. I could not log a fault over the phone I tried since the beginning of April - Curry's do not answer any calls or they cut you off. I am LIVID. I also tried to buy cover with the firm that cover appliance - they took the money and then told me they do not cover this, another delay and a refund 2 months later. Eventually I had to do two trips to Chippenham for the team to log it for me the first day they told me to bring in the machine - big mistake they do not take in Machines - the second day they tried to help and and eventually logged the call. Eventually I got a reference number C6087**** the serial number is 203200****. They came out 2 weeks later and did a repair on the 2/7/2021 and told us it was a temp repair and we would need a new seal and a new pump. it stopped working on the 3/7/2021. I called on the Monday 5/07/2021, and they said they would order the parts. I called back on the 9/7/2021 to see if the parts had been ordered. They knew nothing, so they created a job card for the 20/07/2021, and I was advised today that they are unable to come and repair it due to an isolation case. We have been without a dishwasher since April and I am less than pleased, actually I am LIVID I am not interested in a repair as this never happens, I want a replacement machine. I have been messed around by Currys with the lack of response, the delays in holding on for up to 5 hours at a time, I have a machine that is still not working , we are not interested in a repaired machine given the length and trouble, and more importantly the inconvenience we have had to go through due to the shoddy service and lack of interest. We would like and update I expect feedback or I will be escalating this shoddy disgusting service to the Consumer Council. despicable. User's recommendation: Never.
