Store not honoring operating hours

So I try to come in and order a pizza at 9 p.m. and the doors are locked and there are two employees in the store making pizzas. They just look at me and ignore me. The hours in the door clearly state that they are to be opened until 10:00 p.m. this is the store located at 2609 SE 122nd in Portland Oregon.
