After less than 2 years, my faucet started leaking badly. Since the box stated it had a lifetime warrantee, I called customer service. Instead of a new faucet, they sent me parts to repair it. In order to repair the faucet, the instructions say to remove the set screw and lift the handle. No matter what I've tried, the faucet handle will NOT lift off. I've had neighbors try it also. I can not repair the faucet if the handle won't come off! I can't repair the faucet User's recommendation: Buy a better faucet.
