I ordered at about 12:20pm on Sunday afternoon, at the same time as a mother guest who had a to go order. The other guest received their order within 20 minutes whereas I had to wait until 1pm. The order consisted of the classic combo with well traditional wings and a burger cooked well with an order of fries. Do it typically take 40 minutes to complete a to go order as such? And is it normal for the bartender who took the order show her frustration with the guest questioning the length of service instead of to the two chiefs who were on staff.
