Got an email saying delivery on 7/30 between noon and 3pm. At 4:15 I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE they said order was on truck and they were Running late. I had a 4:30 appointment so I left a note on my door saying put stuff in insulated bag. I returned home at 6:15, note still on door and no delivery. I contacted customer service around 7:15 last night, via chat. I explained the situation to Marv and he transferred me to a rep, but nobody ever got back to me.
