Price was marked down but at the register it actually came up more the the original price. It was hand marked down but that is not the issue. Two other people that made purchases while I was in the store were also charged more and not given the discount. I really like the store and the people you have working there but have concerns about how things are priced out when on sale. In the case of myself and one other customer, we both bought similar items and the same thing happened. Not only did the discount not show but the price charged was more than the price on the bag of dog/cat food. left a message to call me. User's recommendation: Shop at your store. My experience was one of as far as I know.
