The shop got back to me stating that there was no way I could pick up the items in person. I mentioned that I would not be available during the delivery drop window and wanted to know what would happen to the package if Im not able to sign for it. FaceTime me a generic email that specified the details of delivery requirements, no additional customer service was given. User's recommendation: Make sure you are available for the delivery to make a signature to validate the draw. I am going out of town and did not realize this was A requirement which is making the process of getting the items I ordered difficult.
