No one ever answers there phone extension when transferred by the operator. I see why people harm themselves because you can never talk to anyone. The Care and Community at the hospital in Dublin ga is the worst ever. The VA needs a better system to talk with someone about certain issues because the operator transfers you but its never a live person to answer question or concerns.
