I ordered wrong size. No where on the box or the invoice did it say Nordstrom or Nordstrom rack. The invoice listed other companies at the heading. No return label or address. I had to call those companies who led me back to a Nordstrom number. It all took over 45 minutes. Nordstrom has always been know for good service- how disappointing User's recommendation: Make sure you save your email order and it has all contact info.
