Online purchase with gift card
My major complaint is, I've tried calling Nordstrom Customer Service this past week since Monday at all different times ! No Answer !!! I know because of COVID-19 .. All Service Representatives have been busy ! I get it but come on ! ...I've been trying to place orders on line using my gift card and it will not let me purchase !!! Everything that I tried ordering is no Longer in Stock !! This is very upsetting to Me !!! Never have I experienced this type of service from Nordstrom!!
