Fraudulent bill during periodic servicing – Shiv Sankar Motors, Gajuaka, state code 37

Dear sir, I have given my Hero pleasure + VX, for 2nd free servicing at Shiv sankar Motors , Gajuaka, Visakhapatnam. Post servicing, I have found that no indicator and tail light is working of the vehicle. As it was a brand-new vehicle and hence there was no complaint except hunting of speedo , meter noticed by me. I took the vehicle again to the service center, and the service manager (Mr Kiran Kumar) told me that there is a serious problem of wiring in your vehicle and it will cost 3000/- rupees. Though I was little suspicious, however agreed for the said repair . Mr Kiran again told me that the parts are not available presently and hence I am required to come after 10 days. I visited the service center again on 12 Aug for repair and in the evening after collection of vehicle I noticed that again indicators of the vehicle are non-ops, I visited to the service center again and got it repaired however next my vehicle fail to start and none of the indication was working. Dear sir, my vehicle is just 3 months old and the staff of the above-mentioned service center has spoiled my vehicle . Please initiate appropriate action against the service manager, Mr Kiran Kumar (913332****) ànd staff involved in these kind of mischiefs. Regards, Pankaj 738261****
