Original review posted by user Jul 07, 2021 On your app i ordered from Fridays. It stated that it was free delivery if order was over £15. I ordered £18.50 worth of food and logged in via Facebook where a 99p delivery fee was added. I live less than half a mile away... your live chat was less than satisfactory with a poor excuse for the overcharge. This is false advertising and not acceptable. Currently i have removed your app pending a satisfactory outcome. User's recommendation: Don't use Deliveroo.
