Talk talk has been overcharging me without notifying me since a few months. My last broadband bill came upto £77 despite opting for a £25 package for Fibre 65.The reasons for this bill were simply absurd.My July bills say" last month's charges " as £21 and last months charges at previous address as £22 despite clearing my bills in june and even having to pay last month's charges.Theyve even charged me for unlimited calls and boosts even though I don't use landline and never have .The helpline is even more useless. To anyone looking for broadband packages don't opt for talk talk and save your time and money.Its not worth the frustration. How User's recommendation: Don't opt for talk talk.
