I purchased an elite serial 90.0270.0139801, last week the coffee maker stopped working. That was the beginning of my nightmare. I called customer service and they offered me 20 percent discount for my next purchase and I didn't agree with it because I'm a disabled person I don't work which means that I don't have any money. Then they told me that they will escalate this case to a higher higher level. User's recommendation: No way.
