I took my Eddie Bauer jacket to my nearest Eddie Bauer store because my jacket has feathers falling out of it. The service rep / cashier explained to me that losing feathers is normal and is not warranted for return / exchange. I dont believe I have seen this clause in your warranty. Can you provide this to me? When my son purchased this jacket for me at Christmas 2019 he was not informed that the warranty excluded the feathers falling out.
