Bought a New VIZIO TV on May 1st, 2021 Started *** up the 2nd day I had it. Called CS. Took 1.5 months for them to even ship me a *** TV! (after hours on the phone with these *** jerkoffs) Took another month to get it! Finally get it and its a refurbished POS USED *** TV that has already been purchased, returned to the store, shipped for repair and then pawned off on me!!! User's recommendation: STAY THE *** AWAY FROM THESE ***.
