Update by user Jun 22, 2021 CCI acknowledged the issues and even contacted me. They did restore the lost Contacts but won't make any changes to fix the other issues. Original review posted by user May 22, 2021 CCI "upgraded" their webmail service and really, really screwed it up. They took a perfectly good service and ruined it. 1. They lost all our contacts. 2. They lost all Trusted senders. 3. They removed all message filters. 4. They destroyed all subfoilder setups with no way to restore. 5. Too much white space and more scrolling. 6. Folders don't show how many emails are in them. To User's recommendation: Avoid this company if you can. They raise prices every month.
