I addressed a stock clerk on what aisle I could find seafood broth. Took a stance and stared directly at me without any reply. I immediately said I am sorry if I offended you in any way he did utter one word. In turning away and I said no worries no problem and walked away. I asked a cashier to speak with the manager was told he was on a phone conference. I called back on the same day spoke unable to get anyone to answer the phone on many attempts. Reached out to your Germantown store the manager to my name/ # and Mike called me. He stated sorry that it happen and continued on about the stress workers are under. I will not be shopping at Sprouts any longer and will share my negative experience thru social media and friends!
