I was told I could go to a liquor store and cash my winning lottery ticket because you were cutting down on transactions. So if I need change to use to purchase tickets from the machines i have to go to the counter to do that. That same time it took for me to get change is ok because I'm still spending money in your store. But if I win, you won't cash my ticket because of your temporary policy that should have included not selling me a ticket since you can't cash it. How about I buy something from you but I decide since you won't take it back I'll just go to Dierbergs and ask them to replace it. Doesn't sound good does it. That's because it's ridiculous to ask someone to do that. I have been a customer of Schnucks since you opened a location in River Roads Mall area years ago, but not any more. User's recommendation: I would not refer anyone else.
