Well once again I stood and thought, REALLY? Almost five months ago I was cleaning the windows. Six needed repairs for all kinds of things already. Won't close,lock,stay open. I was cleaning them before calling to schedule repairs. As I opened one it feel out on my foot. The plastic frame just cracked and cut it loose. I had to tape it to stay in. Know the fun. I called to schedule these repairs ,was passed around and told after a long time a person would call the night before with a time to come over. Could be all day wait. I explained I can't just take a day off to sit around so asked for a weekend. That was at least 6 weeks out so I waited. Repair guy came out and fixed the broken ones and told me The cracked one must be replaced. Somebody will call in 2 days. Never got a call so I did. She said the new one was being made and set up yet another 6 weeks out. They came this past sat. They had a window at least double in size of the broken one. They said it was measured wrong. GOSH,kidding? So now I will wait for who knows and then have to book months out again for the mystery appointment. I really hope others consider this when buying windows. I can't believe a company can keep going this way.
