Very poor customer service and they dont back up the products that they sell I bought a brand new stihl chainsaw for big r . I ran the saw maybe 5 hours not all at once and the saw doesnt run after you put there recommend fuel in it big r will not take it back there solution is to take it to a stihl dealer and have them try to fix it . I want my money back User's recommendation: Don’t shop at big r stores or at least if you do shop there be careful on what you buy from them.
