Bought promotional booking for 3 days in Savannah Ga arranged for payment from credit card, unable to reach Booking.com for information on phone. Merely need information on promotion I purchased. I had no booking info because you can choose dates up to a year. Very frustrating, do not book unless you book dates at time of purchase. Unable to talk to a human to resolve. Sent email several hours ago no response User's recommendation: Don’t purchase unless you book dates for promotions.
