College Pro almost "forgot" about painting our duplex in Wisconsin and had to be called multiple times to get them to show up. When they finally showed up right before Labor Day, they got paint on the gutters and downspouts and had lap marks on all sides of the building from the sprayer. They missed one of the soffit sections until it was pointed out to them. The paint application was so thin, it was a joke and began flaking off after 2 years. Our building has rough or textured cedar siding and these guys have no clue how to paint that type of siding. They were supposed to brush the paint after spraying it on because of the texture of the wood. This was discussed with their representative and was in the contract. We would NEVER hire these guys again. Hire a LOCAL established painter that has been in business for a while and skip this company.
