Hi.. I’ve been trying to contact The customer service for weeks & still I didn’t get any? My items in the cart out of stock cuz of this delay? I can’t add any of my rewards or the point code that they sent me on Sunday in that special event ?? I waited on the phone , then I saved my place as they said to call me back ? No one called me ???? And today I stayed on the phone waiting over an hour ????? Nothing happened I went to store to replace my order& they couldn’t apply my rewards also ?? IVE BEEN SHOPPING FIR LONG TIME & all the time no complain ! But this is something else ,I’m soooo disappointed from DSW Customer SERVICE Please do something ! Thank you . User's recommendation: Not really.
