Why is it that I was sent $400 but I was only able to receive $48.05

I was sent $400 okay I went to Walmart to pick it up all they gave me and I looked at the deal online and it says that I was only able to receive $48.05 and I'm wanting to know why it sent said that and why I wasn't able to collect the whole $400 I was only able to receive $48.05 I just want to know why I wasn't able to receive the whole $400 but yet it only the receipt said 4805 and I even checked it online so I want to know what is going on
