Do not use this company! They messed up my booking then tried to say they couldn't do anything because it was non refundable or changeable even though it said refundable when booking. They don't send that part until booked and in an email after paid. I wasn't even trying to cancel, I was trying to modify to the correct date because it was correct when I was making the booking but what was sent after incorrect and customer service is a joke and automated and do nothing.
